Job summary

WPP Media is seeking a Senior Associate Director for Paid Social to lead designated client campaigns across major biddable channels. You will drive strategic insight, develop best practices, and oversee a team ensuring high-quality work within the account group.

The role requires deep paid social expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to communicate complex insights to stakeholders, while upholding WPP Media’s standards and governance. A hybrid UK-based position is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience at Activation Director level in a digital media or advertising role.
• Strong project management and people leadership.
• Experience with planning and running large-scale paid social activity on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent knowledge of media planning fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee designated account campaigns and weave into cross-channel strategy.
• Support capacity planning and resource management for the team.
• Coordinate with global regional teams to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices.
