Job summary

Searchability is seeking a Paid Search Manager in Cheshire with hybrid working (4 days onsite, Fridays remote). You will own paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Shopping and Performance Max to drive traffic, conversions and revenue for a fashion and retail business.

You will optimise budgets, bidding and strategy, analyse data in GA4, and collaborate with marketing and ecommerce teams to hit commercial goals and ROAS targets.

Qualifications

• Experience managing paid search campaigns in ecommerce/retail.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads including Shopping and Performance Max.
• Budget management aligned to commercial KPIs.
• GA4 knowledge and conversion-tracking / attribution experience.
• Merchant Center and product feed optimization knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
• Develop Paid Search strategies focused on customer acquisition, revenue and ROAS.
• Monitor budgets, bidding strategies and overall performance.
• Analyse campaign data using GA4 and Google Ads to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and ongoing testing.
• Collaborate with marketing/ecommerce to align campaigns with business goals.
• Produce regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
