Creative Resource in Manchester is seeking a Senior Performance Manager with a strong understanding of Paid Search. You will lead and optimise campaigns across Google, Meta and TikTok, driving strategy from inception through reporting and analysis.

You will mentor junior team members, collaborate across departments, and present results to clients and prospects in a dynamic, ambitious agency environment with a 4‑day office routine.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in paid search or performance marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into strategy.
• Able to present strategy and results to clients clearly.
