Searchability in Cheshire is seeking a creative and commercially minded Paid Social Manager to lead paid social activity across Meta platforms. You will own campaigns from planning to optimisation, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition and eCommerce revenue in a fashion/retail context.

You will combine creative thinking with data-driven analysis to iteratively improve ROAS and CPA, with hybrid working 4 days onsite and Fridays from home.

Formación

• Proven experience managing Paid Social campaigns, ideally within fashion, retail or eCommerce.
• Ability to plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to drive performance and deliver measurable results.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, manage and optimise Paid Social campaigns across Meta, including Facebook and Instagram.
• Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition, conversions and revenue.
• Manage campaign budgets and optimise performance against ROAS and CPA targets.
• Work with creative and content teams to develop engaging, conversion-focused advertising.
• Conduct audience research, segmentation and retargeting to improve performance.
• Test different creatives, messaging and audience strategies through structured A/B testing.
• Monitor performance through Meta Ads Manager and analytics platforms.
• Identify new opportunities across emerging paid social channels such as TikTok.
• Deliver regular campaign reports, highlighting results, insights and recommendations.
