Job summary

Express Recruitment Limited is partnering with a growing e-commerce business to appoint an experienced Paid Search Manager who will drive online performance for three established brands from Mansfield.

You will own a substantial Google Ads budget (circa £1m/year), shape strategy, and lead both internal teams and external Magento agencies. The role targets growing annual online sales from £10m to £12m, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and cross-channel excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Google Ads budgets around £1m per year.
• Strong track record of growing e-commerce sales online.
• Excellent analytical skills across PPC, SEO and multi-channel marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategy to grow online sales across three e-commerce brands.
• Manage and optimise an annual Google Ads budget of approximately £1m, including Google Shopping.
• Take ownership of the online P&L, performance and commercial results across the Group.
• Lead the internal e-commerce team and manage external Magento agencies and digital partners.
• Analyse online performance across PPC, SEO, email, social and conversion to identify growth opportunities.
