Job summary

Zachary Daniels partners with a fast-growing premium retail brand to recruit a Paid Marketing Executive. Based in the Altrincham office, you will own planning, delivering and optimising paid activity across Google and Meta, with responsibility for meaningful budgets and driving profitable ecommerce growth.

You will analyse performance data, run testing, and collaborate with ecommerce, buying and finance teams to turn insights into commercial recommendations, making measurable impact for both UK

Qualifications

• Hands-on paid search and paid social experience in an ecommerce or retail setting.
• Strong knowledge of ROAS, CPA, conversion metrics.
• Experience with Shopify and product feeds is advantageous.
• Analytical, commercially minded with ability to own a channel.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media activity across Google Ads and Meta in the UK and US.
• Manage budgets, spend pacing and reallocate investments by performance.
• Build and optimise Search, Shopping, Performance Max and paid social campaigns.
• Manage Google Merchant Centre, product feeds and segmentation.
• Run structured testing across creatives, audiences and messaging.
• Analyse ROAS, CPA, revenue and customer acquisition performance.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Buying, Product and Finance teams.
• Turn performance data into clear commercial recommendations.
