Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking a hands-on Senior Paid Media Executive to own the paid media strategy and day‑to‑day execution for a fast‑growing fashion brand in Manchester. You will drive campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Pinterest, and partner with Ecommerce and Creative teams to maximise ROAS and revenue.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience, strong expertise in Meta and Google Ads, and a track record across paid social channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on paid media experience, preferably in ecommerce.
• Strong experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience across paid social channels, especially TikTok and Pinterest.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of paid media across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Pinterest.
• Build, launch, manage and optimise campaigns across Paid Social, Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
• Manage budgets and pacing in line with revenue, ROAS, CPA and trading targets.
• Monitor metrics including ROAS, CPA, MER, CTR, CPC, CVR, CPM and revenue.
• Identify performance issues and take action across budgets, bidding, audiences, creative, placements and campaign structure.
• Translate trading priorities into effective paid media campaigns.
• Analyse product and category performance to identify opportunities to scale or reduce investment.
• Partner with E‑commerce and Creative teams to align paid activity with priorities.
• Work with Creative, Influencer and UGC teams to develop high‑performing paid creative.
• Analyse performance across creative concepts, hooks, formats, and offers.
• Own weekly and monthly paid media reporting.
• Clearly communicate performance, insights, challenges and recommended actions.
• Analyse data across advertising platforms, GA4, Shopify and blended business metrics.
