Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking a Paid Media Executive for a fast-growing online fashion retailer based in Manchester. You will own planning, launching, optimising and reporting on paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Join a data-driven marketing team and shape creative testing, campaign strategy and measurement. You will work on Meta, Google, TikTok and other digital channels, with hands-on ownership of campaigns and performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on paid media experience.
• Proven experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Experience managing budgets and optimizing ROAS, CPA and revenue.
• Strong ability to analyse performance using GA and platform reports.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple advertising platforms.
• Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets and KPIs to maximise efficiency and ROAS.
• Plan and execute ongoing testing across audiences, creative, bidding strategies and messaging.
• Analyse campaign and customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support customer acquisition and retention strategies through paid media activity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brief, develop and test new advertising creative.
• Coordinate with the e-commerce team to align campaigns with product launches and promotions.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends for growth opportunities.
• Stay up to date with platform developments and trends in paid media.
• Assist with attribution analysis and measurement improvements.
