Job summary

Zachary Daniels are partnering with a premium retail brand to recruit a Paid Marketing Executive. You’ll plan, deliver and optimise paid activity across Google and Meta for the UK and US, managing meaningful budgets to drive eCommerce growth.

You’ll own campaigns end to end, test creative and audiences, monitor ROAS, CPA and conversions, and collaborate with Ecommerce, Buying, Product and Finance teams to turn data into commercial recommendations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on paid search and paid social experience, preferably in ecommerce, retail or commercially focused teams.
• Ability to analyse data and translate results into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Shopify product feeds.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media activity across Google Ads and Meta in the UK and US
• Manage budgets, spend pacing and reallocations based on performance
• Build and optimise campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, remarketing and paid social
• Manage Google Merchant Centre, product feeds and campaign segmentation
• Run structured testing across creative, audiences, messaging and campaign structure
• Analyse ROAS, CPA, conversions, revenue and customer acquisition performance
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Buying, Product and Finance teams
• Turn performance data into clear commercial recommendations
