Zachary Daniels is hiring a Paid Media Specialist to own paid media strategy and drive performance for a busy events calendar. You will manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat and Pinterest, delivering planning, execution and reporting with hands-on optimisation.

This role offers a hybrid working model with Liverpool City Centre options and WFH, a 4-day week, and a focus on data-driven decision making and ticket sales growth in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 4+ years of paid media or performance marketing experience.
• Hands-on across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and other paid channels.
• Strong knowledge of GA4 and performance measurement.

Mansioni

• Own and deliver paid media strategy across multiple venues and campaigns.
• Build, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and Google Ads.
• Manage campaign budgets and performance against CPA and ROAS targets.
• Run structured test-and-learn activity across creative, audiences and bidding.
• Use GA4 and reporting tools to analyse performance and identify opportunities.
• Work closely with internal creative, social and CRM teams.
• React quickly to event changes and shifting campaign priorities.
