About the Role:
As a Paid Media Executive in Receptional's award-winning Paid Media Team, you will be responsible for driving the success of Paid Media campaigns across multiple key clients. You will work closely with the Paid Media, SEO, Creative, and PR teams to execute paid search, display, and social advertising strategies for iGaming brands, as well as other sectors. Your role will involve managing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other channels tailored to the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a keen eye for optimisation, and a deep understanding of the dynamics of iGaming advertising.

Key Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities and Duties
  • Campaign Management: Provide support to Paid Media Managers by building, optimising, and managing paid media campaigns across key ad networks (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), ensuring they align with iGaming industry best practices.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Produce accurate, high-level performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis, analysing key metrics such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), and CPL (Cost per Lead) for iGaming campaigns.
  • Ad Copy & Creative: Assist in crafting compelling ad copy and creative assets that drive engagement and conversions, with a focus on the unique challenges of iGaming advertising.
  • Account Audits & Optimisation: Assist with account audits, identifying opportunities for campaign improvements and efficiency gains. Provide recommendations for new business proposals and client pitches.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with SEO, Creative, and PR teams to ensure consistent messaging and the optimization of iGaming campaigns across all touchpoints.
  • Client Meetings: Attend and contribute to internal team meetings and external client meetings, sharing insights on campaign performance, emerging trends, and opportunities within the iGaming vertical.
  • Industry Knowledge: Keep up to date with iGaming advertising regulations, industry trends, and new platform features to ensure campaigns remain compliant and innovative.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Essential Skills
  • Experience in Digital Marketing: 6+ months' experience in digital marketing, preferably within the iGaming industry or agency-side, with a proven track record of managing Paid Search or Social campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: Strong experience with Google Ads (Search, Display), Facebook Ads, and other iGaming-related platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail when creating ad copy, ensuring it complies with iGaming regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to report on campaign performance clearly and succinctly to both internal teams and clients.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Team Support: Ability to work closely with the wider team to ensure alignment across all campaign touchpoints. Proactive in sharing insights and suggestions for improving overall campaign performance and brand strategy.
  • Adaptability & Learning Mindset: Proactive in staying ahead of emerging industry trends, new tools, and advertising platform features. Enthusiastic about learning new techniques and testing new approaches to stay competitive in the rapidly evolving iGaming sector.
Non-Essential Skills
  • Technical Knowledge: A working understanding of web tracking tags/pixels (e.g., Google Tag Manager) and campaign tracking specific to iGaming campaigns.
  • Analytics & Reporting Tools: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or other analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • iGaming Knowledge: Familiarity with the specific challenges and regulatory environment of iGaming advertising, including geo-targeting, age restrictions, and compliance standards.
