About Us

We’re a fast-paced, creative, and slightly coffee-addicted digital marketing agency in the heart of London. We live and breathe digital, and we’re on the hunt for a Paid Media Wizard (aka Paid Media Executive) to join our team of ad-obsessed strategists. If you love A/B testing as much as your morning flat white and get a thrill from ROAS improvements, this role is for you!

The Role

As our Paid Media Executive, you’ll be the mastermind behind PPC, social, and display campaigns, crafting scroll-stopping ads, and turning data into marketing gold. You’ll work with a mix of brands across industries, from fashion to fintech, helping them scale their digital dominance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Launching, optimizing, and analyzing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn & more.
  2. Diving into data dashboards like a detective, uncovering insights, and making ROI-driven decisions.
  3. Running A/B tests like a mad scientist—except with less explosions and more conversions.
  4. Writing click-worthy ad copy that converts (without sounding like a robot).
  5. Collaborating with the creative team to ensure ad visuals are thumb-stoppingly good.
  6. Presenting campaign performance reports like a pro—bonus points for meme integration.
  7. Keeping up with industry trends, algorithm changes, and the latest TikTok ad hacks.

What We’re Looking For

  1. Some knowledge paid media (agency experience = big bonus points!).
  2. Understanding of Google Ads & Meta Ads (TikTok Ads = even better!).
  3. A numbers nerd—someone who loves KPIs, CPCs, and CPA more than their Netflix subscription.
  4. Creativity! We want ideas that break through the noise, not just another generic carousel ad.
  5. A team player who can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball (or their coffee).
  6. A "let’s test it!" attitude—data > gut feeling.
