Job summary

Mercor is building high-fidelity simulated work environments used to evaluate and improve AI agents on real marketing work. You will design briefs and artifacts reflecting real tasks, and specify the documents and tool states required.

You will review AI performance, judge attempts against your standards, and help orchestrate multi-tool campaigns across the marketing and sales stack, including CRM, marketing automation, project tracking, and support tools.

Qualifications

• Hands-on practitioner experience in marketing operations—built routing rules, workflows and reporting themselves.
• Strong written reasoning and ability to explain decisions clearly.
• Experience building AI training environments or simulated case studies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs drawn from actual marketing operations work, including the testing focus and decision points.
• Specify documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states required for tasks.
• Write or review reference answers and evaluation criteria to distinguish strong responses.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge them against your standards.
