We’re looking for a Paid Digital Specialist to join the team and play a key role in driving performance for some of the world’s leading fitness brands.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll manage campaigns, work directly with clients, and continuously test and optimise to deliver strong, consistent results.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING & BE DOING

• Build, manage and optimise paid social campaigns (primarily Meta)
• Monitor performance, analyse data, continuously improve results and report on these results.
• Take ownership of campaign strategy, testing and scaling
• Work directly with clients; running calls, presenting results and sharing new ideas
• Maintain strong, professional relationships through clear communication
• Collaborate on and create marketing assets to improve performance
• Take a proactive, problem‑solving approach to campaign challenges
• Confident working with data and reporting tools (e.g. Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Previous experience in paid social and Meta Ads Manager
