Job summary

The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford, hosts a Band 6 paediatric nurse role within the SaTH research team (Women & Children). The post involves recruiting and following up participants in national and industry trials, with data entry and cross-site coordination.

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced paediatric nurse with recent clinical practice.
• Experience in clinical research or strong interest in research is preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and follow-up of patients in studies (academic and industry).
• Identify, screen, consent, recruit and follow up participants.
• Enter data onto spreadsheets and data collection forms; manage study data.
• Deliver clinical protocols in non-interventional and interventional studies; cross-site work may occur.
