Job summary

West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Paediatric Practice Development Nurse (Band 7) to lead and develop our paediatric nursing workforce at Watford General Hospital and Hemel Hempstead. You will provide clinical leadership and specialist paediatric advice while steering education, induction, preceptorship and skills development.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
APLS or equivalent certification required.

Support quality improvement, audit, governance and evidence‑based practice implementation.
