We are looking for an experienced and motivated Paediatric Practice Development Nurse to join our Paediatric Services team at Band 7.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled paediatric nurse with strong clinical, educational and leadership experience to make a real difference to the development of our nursing workforce and the care we provide to children, young people and their families.
The post holder will provide expert clinical leadership and specialist paediatric advice, while leading education, training, induction, preceptorship and clinical skills development. You will also lead and support quality improvement, audit, governance and the implementation of evidence-based practice and national guidance.
