Job summary

West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Paediatric Practice Development Nurse (Band 7) to lead clinical development across paediatric services. The post holder will drive education, induction, preceptorship and skills development to improve family-centred care.

You will provide expert paediatric leadership, support quality improvement and implement evidence-based practice while collaborating with teams to enhance patient outcomes and staff development.

Qualifications

Registered nurse with paediatric experience.
Leadership and clinical governance experience.
Experience in education, induction and training.

Responsibilities
