Pulse Nursing is seeking a Paediatric Nurse to deliver compassionate care for infants, children and young people in Watford. The role offers flexible shifts with a focus on safeguarding and family-centered care, supported by a dedicated consultant and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC pin.
• Paediatric nursing qualification (RN Child).
• Experience in paediatric setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to infants, children and young people.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care per patient needs.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments per Trust policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Communicate with children and families, offering reassurance and education.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Adhere to safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control policies.
