Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated Paediatric Nurse to join our children\'s outpatient team. You will deliver high-quality, child-centred care across a range of conditions, assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient needs while supporting clinics and safeguarding practices.

You will work with the multidisciplinary team to administer treatments, maintain records, and contribute to service improvement and efficient clinic flow across sites.

Formación

• Registered Nurse with current NMC PIN and relevant clinical experience.
• Ability to manage and prioritise own caseload with supervision.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, with commitment to safeguarding and infection control.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, child-centred nursing care in outpatient clinics.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual care needs.
• Support and run nurse-led or multidisciplinary clinics.
• Administer treatments, medications and procedures safely.
• Monitor and record clinical observations and escalate concerns.
• Provide health education and reassurance to children and families.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to safeguarding, infection control and governance standards.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to improve care and clinic flow.
• Ability to work cross-site and support service improvements.
