Job summary

Circle Health Group in London is seeking a Registered Children’s Nurse for the Outpatients department on a part-time basis (15 hours per week). The role covers delivery of specialist pediatric nursing care and close collaboration with families, carers and the clinical team.

You will provide age-appropriate care, monitor patients, document care accurately, and participate in safeguarding and service development activities while supporting a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Children / Paediatrics) with valid NMC registration.
• Experience delivering nursing care to children and young people in hospital or community settings.
• Strong communication and family liaison skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, emotionally sensitive environment.
• Understanding of safeguarding, child development, and family dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver age-appropriate, evidence-based nursing care for children across clinical settings.
• Monitor and respond to changes in condition, elevate concerns, and carry out clinical observations and interventions safely.
• Work in partnership with families and carers, providing information, reassurance and emotional support.
• Collaborate with medical teams, allied health professionals, and safeguarding leads to ensure coordinated care.
• Act as an advocate for children and young people, ensuring their safety, privacy and dignity.
• Maintain accurate, timely and confidential records in line with NMC Code and policies.
• Participate in audits, patient feedback and service development initiatives.
