Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Paediatric Nurse educator to lead Long-Term Ventilation (LTV) education across the East of England PCC/ODN network. You will collaborate with regional teams and national workstreams to improve LTV care pathways.

The role focuses on education, but also entails coordinating MDT education sessions, developing resources, and driving evidence-based practice to meet NHS standards.

Qualificações

• Registered Paediatric Nurse with ongoing NHS registration.
• Qualified educator/teacher or mentor with appropriate certification.
• Leadership training or management qualification beneficial.
• IT literacy and capability to use e-learning tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on LTV education delivery across the EoE network.
• Develop and evaluate LTV education packages in collaboration with regional teams.
• Engage with multi-disciplinary teams to improve education and patient care pathways.
• Support trusts with resources and education to reduce variation in LTV care.
• Ensure practice aligns with NHS guidelines and NICE recommendations.
