Job summary

Join Our Team as a Paediatric Complex Care Support Worker - Make a Real Difference!

Are you looking for a rewarding and engaging role in complex clinical care? We're offering an exciting opportunity to join our new client with complex needs in Anglesey.

Shift type

Day shifts, sleeping nights & waking nights available

Pay

Days -£15.87 per hour weekdays, £16.67 per hour weekends.

Nights -£16.67 per hour weekday waking nights, £17.46 per hour weekend waking nights

Hours - Full time or part time hours to be considered

Days -7 days per week, 8am-8pm

Nights -7 nights per week, 8pm-8am, both waking and sleeping available.

About the Role

You'll be supporting on a 2:1 basis with a 5-year-old girl who has complex needs including cerebral palsy, dystonia, epilepsy, visual impairment, jejunal feeding, suctioning and oxygen. We're looking for someone with previous experience in complex care with children and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy.

Our client lives at home with her family and enjoys sensory play and water, including hydrotherapy. Your role will be to support her physically and emotionally, helping her live life to the fullest.

What We're Looking For

Due to the client's needs, we're seeking a support worker with:

• Complex clinical experience including Jejunal feeding and suctioning desirable, however training can be provided to up-skill for some clinical requirements if you are competent with others needs of the clients.
