Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated Paediatric Brain Injury Support Worker to assist a 7-year-old girl with complex needs, including brain injury, cerebral palsy, dystonia, epilepsy and more. The role involves providing physical and emotional support, maintaining routines, and ensuring safety at home.

Candidates should have paediatric experience, be capable of clear communication, and demonstrate empathy.

Join Our Team as a Paediatric Brain Injury Support Worker

Are you looking for a rewarding and engaging role in complex clinical care?

We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our new client with complex needs in West Derby, Liverpool.

Shift type: Day shifts, sleeping nights & waking nights available Pay: Days - £15.55 per hour weekdays, £16.33 per hour weekends. Nights - £16.33 per hour weekday waking nights, £17.11 per hour weekend waking nights Hours: Days

• Saturday and Sundays, 8am-8pm Nights - 7 nights per week, 8pm-8am, both waking and sleeping available.

About the Role

You’ll be supporting a 7-year-old girl who has complex needs including brain injury, cerebral palsy, dystonia, epilepsy, visual impairment, PEG, suctioning and oxygen.

We're looking for someone with previous experience in complex care with children and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy.

Our client lives at home with her family and enjoys sensory activity, lights and music.

Your role will be to support her physically and emotionally, helping her live life to the fullest.

What We’re Looking For

• Paediatric experience, ideally with brain injuries.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team You’ll need to be confident working independently and collaboratively, with the ability to build a trusting relationship with the client and her family.
