Leaders in Care is seeking an experienced Paediatric Clinical Lead to join a growing complex care service, providing safe, personalised care for children in their own homes while blending community visits with clinical oversight.

You will oversee complex care packages, supervise nurses and care staff, and ensure up-to-date care plans and documentation across the region. Travel across the West Midlands will be required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse status with essential paediatric experience.
• Experience in complex paediatric care and home care settings.

Responsabilités

• Overseeing complex care packages and working with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Supervising nurses and care staff.
• Carrying out clinical assessments, competency checks and observations.
• Keeping care plans, risk assessments and documentation up to date.
• Attending family meetings and case management discussions.
• Carrying out audits and incident reviews.
• Supporting setup of new care packages and staff onboarding.
• Identifying training needs and escalating clinical risks.
