Leaders In Care Ltd in Norfolk is seeking a Paediatric Clinical Lead to oversee about 10 complex care packages across Norfolk, spanning paediatric, young adult and adult care. The ideal candidate is an RGN or RSCN with an active NMC PIN and strong community complex care experience.

The role offers autonomy, clinical leadership, governance, and staff competency development, with hybrid working and ongoing CPD support within an established nurse-led provider.

Qualifications

• Active NMC PIN and UK nursing qualification (RGN or RSCN) required.
• Experience in UK community complex care with paediatric to adult packages.
• Experience with high-acuity care (tracheostomy, ventilation, feeding).
• Strong clinical governance, assessments and care planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of approximately 10 complex care packages across Norfolk.
• Lead clinical governance, safeguarding, and staff competency.
• Deliver training and sign-off for Nurses and HCAs.
• Collaborate with families, case managers, commissioners and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure packages remain safe and compliant with standards.
• Support service development and Norfolk operation growth.
