Job summary

Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence required.
- Experience in care or clinical training preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and situational awareness.
- Ability to follow detailed clinical protocols consistently.
- Basic IT skills for communication and record-keeping.
- Genuine commitment to safe, person-centred care.
Responsibilities
- Providing personal care, medication and clinical interventions.
- Monitoring clinical observations and recognising deterioration.
- Maintaining accurate records and escalating concerns immediately.
