Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group in Anglesey, Wales, is seeking a dedicated Complex Care Support Worker to assist a young man with brain injury and complex needs. You will support daily routines, personal care, mobility, and emotional wellbeing, while building a trusting relationship with the client and family.

Join Our Team as a Complex Care Support Worker – Make a Real Difference!

Are you looking for a rewarding and engaging role in complex clinical care? We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a support worker to work alongside our client with complex needs in Anglesey, Wales.

About the Role

You’ll be supporting a young man who has complex needs due to a brain injury, including learning difficulties, epilepsy, PEG feeding and challenging behaviour. We're looking for someone with experience in complex care and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy.

He lives at home with his family, enjoys visiting the beach, going out for meals, the theatre, train/bus rides, outdoor activities and watching tv. Your role will be to support him physically and emotionally, helping him live life to the fullest.

What We’re Looking For

Due to the client's needs, we’re seeking asupport worker with:
