Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group in Liverpool is seeking a Paediatric Brain Injury Support Worker to assist a 7-year-old girl with brain injury, cerebral palsy, dystonia, epilepsy and PEG. The role is based in West Derby and involves day shifts on weekends and nights, with both waking and sleeping options.

You will support daily routines, monitor overnight conditions, administer medications, assist with hygiene and mobility, and collaborate with family and healthcare professionals to promote

• Paediatric experience, ideally with brain injuries.
• Complex clinical experience including PEG and suctioning desirable, however training can be provided.

Join Our Team as a Paediatric Brain Injury Support Worker – Make a Real Difference!

Are you looking for a rewarding and engaging role in complex clinical care? We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our new client with complex needs in West Derby, Liverpool.

Shift type: Day shifts, sleeping nights & waking nights available

Hours:
Days – Saturday and Sundays, 8am-8pm
Nights – 7 nights per week, 8pm-8am, both waking and sleeping available.

About the Role

You’ll be supporting a 7-year-old girl who has complex needs including brain injury, cerebral palsy, dystonia, epilepsy, visual impairment, PEG, suctioning and oxygen. We're looking for someone with previous experience in complex care with children and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy.

Our client lives at home with her family and enjoys sensory activity, lights and music. Your role will be to support her physically and emotionally, helping her live life to the fullest.

What We’re Looking For

Due to the client's needs, we’re seeking a support worker with:
