Job summary

Slazenger Padel Clubs is seeking a Front of House Host to deliver exceptional customer service, greet members and guests, and assist with bookings and enquiries. You will support daily operations, maintain presentation standards, and foster a welcoming atmosphere across the venue.

The role involves handling memberships, payments, and bookings, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Passion for padel or racket sports is a plus, along with experience in hospitality or leisure

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or reception experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
• Comfortable using booking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in leisure, fitness, hospitality, or sports environment.
• Knowledge or passion for padel, tennis, or racket sports.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members, guests, and visitors to the club and handle enquiries.
• Assist with memberships, bookings, events, and coaching programmes.
• Maintain high presentation standards and club cleanliness.
• Open/close procedures and daily operational tasks.
• Promote memberships, events, and retail products; support revenue growth.
• Track and update customer records and club documentation.
