Slazenger Padel Club is seeking a dynamic Padel Coach to deliver high-quality coaching to players of varying abilities. You will plan and conduct training sessions, develop players' skills, and foster an inclusive, positive environment.

The role requires excellent communication, a deep understanding of padel, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. You will join a supportive team at our Leeds facility, with opportunities for professional development and coaching certifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a padel Coach with relevant coaching qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of padel techniques, tactics, and rules.
• Excellent communication with players of all ages and skills.
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver individual and group coaching sessions tailored to players' needs.
• Assess players' skill and provide constructive feedback.
• Design training programs to improve players' technical, tactical, and physical skills.
• Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere during training.
• Participate in club events, tournaments, and promotional activities.
• Assist with the development of junior players.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coaching techniques and trends in padel.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all players during the sessions.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a high standard of service.
