Job summary

Love Recruitment is assisting a rapidly expanding Padel brand in recruiting an Assistant Manager for their Radlett centre. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, premium player experiences, and efficient operations with a safe, well-presented environment.

Salary £28-34k depending on experience, plus bonus and strong progression opportunities. The successful candidate will bring hands-on leadership, strong organisational skills, and a background in sports management or hospitality,

Qualifications

• Experience in sporting environments and/or customer-facing hospitality.
• High-standard racquet skills with capacity to deliver sessions.
• Proven experience in event coordination and management.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for members and guests with high service levels.
• Handle enquiries, bookings and issues professionally.
• Lead clubhouse, retail and F&B operations including health & safety.
• Assist in staff rosters and daily operations for smooth running.
• Resolve booking app enquiries and coordinate events and tournaments.
• Organise and run tournaments, social events and corporate bookings.
• Coordinate events to foster club community and culture.
