Love Recruitment is recruiting an Assistant Manager for a Padel Club in Radlett. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring premium player experiences, service excellence, and a safe, well-presented venue. The role suits someone with sports management or hospitality background and a passion for community-building.

You will manage events, lead on F&B and club operations, and support staff scheduling while driving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in sporting environments (sports management, fitness management, or gym) or customer-facing hospitality.
• Background in F&B/clubhouse operations is advantageous.
• Strong communication and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for members and guests with excellent service.
• Handle enquiries, bookings, and issues professionally.
• Lead clubhouse, retail and F&B operations including health & safety and compliance.
• Assist in staff rotas and daily operations to ensure smooth service.
• Resolve booking inquiries and coordinate events.
• Lead, organise and run tournaments, social events and corporate bookings.
• Coordinate events to foster club community and culture.
