Love Recruitment is seeking a Club Manager for a brilliant new Padel venue in Chandlers Ford. You will lead daily operations, drive revenue, maximise court usage, and deliver an outstanding member experience.

This entrepreneurial role offers a great package, bonus potential, private medical insurance and 33 days holiday. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in management within leisure or hospitality, strong H&S SOPs knowledge, and a passion for Padel.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of management in leisure, hospitality or fitness with a proven track record.
• Strong operator knowledge of H&S and SOPs for service standards.
• Padel or Racquets background; coaching/playing preferred but not essential.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into growth.
• People-focused, vibrant and able to engage players of all ages.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with accountability for results.

Responsabilidades

• Club Leadership: Manage daily operations to keep a safe, premium environment.
• Commercial Performance: Own site P&L, drive sales and profitability.
• Multi-site support: Help drive revenue and standards at other clubs.
• Utilisation & Scheduling: Analyze court usage to maximise occupancy.
• Community & Communication: Grow the club’s footprint through outreach.
• Team & Coaching Management: Lead a team of freelance coaches.
