Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Specialist for the PACU. The role involves leadership in the post-anaesthetic care pathway, coordinating staffing and activity across multiple theatre and PACU locations, and ensuring patient-centred, high-quality care.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, support senior leadership, and contribute to professional development and trust-wide quality initiatives.

Competenze

• Managerial aptitude and knowledge of hospital policy and procedure.
• High level of clinical skill set appropriate to the department.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Act as a resource to support the team
• Risk assessment skills and knowledge for the area.

• Support the Clinical Leader in providing leadership and co-ordination of patient activity, staffing and utilisation throughout the patient’s operative pathway.
• Coordinate staffing and utilisation across the patient’s operative pathway to promote patient-centred care.
