Job summary

The HEINEKEN Company in Manchester is seeking a Technical Operator to support high-speed packaging production within our UK Supply Chain. You will maintain line performance, perform quality checks, manage stock levels with SAP and drive continuous improvement through TPM with a lean mindset.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English are required.
• Strong understanding of IT systems.
• Experience with packaging machinery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the running of high-speed packaging machinery safely and efficiently.
• Performing quality checks and swift corrective actions.
• Managing stock levels accurately with SAP.
• Using process knowledge to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Contributing to Zero Accident Culture through cleanliness and reliability on the production plant.
• Delivering First Time Right on quality and process.
• Driving continuous improvement through TPM.
