Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Packaging Project Coordinator to support the management of all packaging artwork projects. You will work with the Artwork, Master Data, Operations, Copy, Product Development and Regulatory teams under the guidance of the Packaging Project Manager.

You will coordinate renovations, reworks, overlabels and new distributions using ESKO, while ensuring timely approvals and accurate data creation across FG SKU, component codes and barcodes.

Qualifications

• Experience with artwork development and packaging production processes.
• Familiarity with artwork management tools such as ESKO.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate packaging artwork projects related to renovations, sampling, reworks and new distributions.
• Use ESKO to renovate artworks and create overlabels.
• Coordinate artwork approval with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of artwork and proofs.
• Collaborate with Product Data Management and other teams to coordinate SKU, component code and barcode creation requests.
• Support packaging CPA and monitor progress to identify risks or delays.
• Maintain up-to-date internal filing of artworks for registration and merchandising.
