Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Packaging Project Coordinator to support the packaging artwork workflow within the Packaging Development team. You will work closely with Artwork, Master Data, Operations, Copy, Product Development, and Regulatory teams to ensure timely delivery of artwork and assets.

Reporting to the Packaging Project Manager, you will manage renovations, reworks, and new distributions using ESKO, while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to maintain accuracy and

Qualifications

• Passionate about packaging & beauty.
• Knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, artwork development, and packaging production.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in artwork development.
• Experience with artwork management tools such as ESKO.
• Experience using project management tools like Monday.com or similar.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate packaging artwork projects relating to renovations, sampling, reworks, and new distributions.
• Use ESKO to renovate artworks and create overlabels.
• Coordinate artwork approval with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate FG SKU, component code and barcode creation requests with Product Data Management Assistant.
• Support project CPA to ensure packaging artworks are delivered on time.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or delays and escalate as needed.
• Maintain internal filing with latest artworks for registration and merchandising.
• Share artworks across cross-functional teams.
