Job summary

CooperVision is seeking a Packaging Operator L3 (Trainer) for its MountPark site. You will be trained on multiple processes and act as Trainer for the area, ensuring safety, quality and timely output.

The role involves monitoring compliance with the Training Coordinator, operating packaging machinery, picking/packing lenses, and shipping orders while recording data and meeting production targets.

Qualifications

• PC literacy required and able to navigate basic software
• Understand and follow SOPs accurately
• Multiskilled in packaging tasks and able to train others
• Team player with good communication and punctuality
• Demonstrate prioritisation skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machinery safely and efficiently
• Train Operators in daily tasks and processes
• Monitor compliance with Training Coordinator
• Pick and pack contact lenses to meet targets
• Record data and support quality standards
• Ship customer orders and maintain safe work environment
