CooperVision Limited is seeking a Warehouse Operator Level 3 for the Fareham site. The role covers a trainer-backed position on the B shift with double day hours, covering multiple plant areas with full autonomy and a focus on training and safety.

You will back-up Team Leaders during holidays or LOA, oversee complex tasks, and utilise ERP/WMS/WCS and Tableau to resolve issues and drive improvements. A strong emphasis on training, compliance and safe practices is included.

Qualifications

• Operator handles complex tasks across plant areas.
• Mentions training responsibilities and coordinating with Training Coordinator.
• Basic knowledge of English (written and spoken).
• Follows company procedures and work instructions.

Responsabilités

• Operate autonomously in all plant areas.
• Tackle complex tasks and master processes across areas.
• Support Team Leader when on leave or LOA.
• Troubleshoot process issues using ERP/WMS/WCS and Tableau.
• Back-up Team Leader as needed.
• Train operators using competency packs and coordinate with trainer.
