Job summary

CooperVision is seeking a Distribution Operator – Level 3 for their Delta Park facility. The role blends training with hands-on operation across distribution tasks, acting as a technical reference and trainer for staff.

You will support Team Leaders, ensure safe practices, and drive improvements while working in a busy warehouse environment on a Blue Shift. Internal candidates only for a 12-month secondment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Distribution operations across multiple processes.
• Ability to act as trainer and mentor for operators.
• Strong understanding of health and safety in a warehouse environment.
• Good English and Maths skills for standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate across all plant areas with autonomy and expertise.
• Train and mentor operators using competency packs.
• Support Team Leader during holidays/LOA as needed.
• Troubleshoot process issues using ERP/WMS/WCS and Tableau.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives.
