Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland invites university students to join its Packaging Internship Program. Over 13 months, you will gain hands‑on experience in packaging materials, tools and processes within a leading FMCG business.

You will analyze data to support packaging decisions, assist with laboratory testing and manufacturing trials, and help deliver small packaging projects while developing project management and technical skills.

Qualifications

• GCSE Grade 5 (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to anticipate problems and provide solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a keen interest in leadership and change management.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Full UK driving licence, held for at least one year.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse data to support packaging decisions.
• Assist with laboratory testing and manufacturing trials.
• Contribute to packaging projects and practical skill development.
• Collaborate across departments and gain exposure to the wider business.
• Support sustainability, legislation, and printing/decoration projects.
