Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland is offering a Packaging Intern placement in Telford, starting July 2027 for 13 months. You will learn packaging materials, tools and processes within a leading FMCG business, supporting decision-making with data analysis and assisting with lab testing and manufacturing trials.

You'll gain experience leading small packaging projects, developing project-management and technical skills across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 5 or equivalent.
• On track for a 2:1 or above and seeking a placement year.
• Eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
• Full UK driving licence held for at least one year.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse data to support packaging decisions.
• Assist with development, research and implementation of packaging innovations.
• Support laboratory testing and manufacturing trials.
• Collaborate across departments and gain exposure to the wider business.
• Support sustainability, legislation, and printing/decoration technology projects.
• Participate in a group project with fellow placement students.
