Job summary

Müller invites university students to join its 13‑month internship programme in the Packaging team. You will analyze data to support packaging decisions, assist with laboratory testing and manufacturing trials, and help deliver small packaging projects while developing project management and technical skills.

You will collaborate across departments in a fast‑paced FMCG environment, with opportunities to contribute to sustainability and innovation initiatives within a renowned UK dairy business.

Qualifications

• GCSE Grade 5 (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to anticipate problems and provide solutions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a keen interest in leadership and change management.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Capability to work across multiple projects, meet demanding deadlines, and prioritise tasks in a rapidly changing environment.
• Creative mindset to support research and innovation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Eligibility to work in the UK (Please note this role is not eligible for sponsorship as the salary falls below the required threshold.)
• Full UK driving licence, held for at least one year.

What you’ll be doing:

Packaging plays an essential role in business and Müller is looking for talented placement students
to join the Packaging team. This opportunity allows students to gain an understanding into packaging materials, packaging tools and processes, within an award-winning FMCG business.

You will support packaging decision-making through data analysis while assisting with laboratory testing and manufacturing trials. You will also have opportunities to gain experience delivering smaller packaging projects, helping to develop your project management and technical skills.
