Job summary

New Look in London or Weymouth is seeking a Sourcing Operations Manager to support packaging waste compliance reporting for PPT, EPR, SMOW and PPWR. You will manage supplier onboarding, maintain data quality and generate essential analytics with external partners.

Collaborating with Tax, DC, Retail and Procurement, you’ll close data gaps, drive supplier engagement and ensure timely submissions to authorities while supporting continuous improvement in compliance processes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capability with large data volumes.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills for data manipulation and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of packaging waste compliance obligations with external providers.
• Maintain supplier data and onboarding processes to ensure accuracy.
• Collate, validate and analyse intake data to support reporting and obligations.
• Work with Tax, DC, Retail, Procurement and Suppliers to gather required data.
• Create and maintain supplier tracking reports and identify trends or risks.
• Review third-party provider data before submission to HMRC/DEFRA or other authorities.
