Job summary

Reiss, a leading fashion retailer, seeks a Senior Packaging, Compliance & ESG Coordinator to lead packaging compliance activities and data analysis. You will own compliance reporting, drive supplier evidence gathering, and support the packaging strategy and data governance across key regulations including PPWR and UK Plastic Tax.

You will work with internal teams, suppliers and sustainability partners to ensure accurate data, timely delivery, and continuous improvement in packaging

Qualifications

• Experience in ESG, sustainability or packaging compliance.
• Knowledge of environmental legislation such as EPR, UK Plastic Tax and PPWR is highly desirable.
• Strong Excel and systems skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Organised, able to own projects and manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Confident communicator with cross-team collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging compliance activities across PPWR, EPR and UK Plastic Tax.
• Own analysis and reporting of packaging data for compliance with internal and supplier teams.
• Manage supplier follow-up and evidence gathering across legislation.
• Advise teams on best practice for packaging materials and sustainability.
• Support development of packaging strategy and data governance processes.
• Utilise Segura, Vision and Origin to analyse verification results and report progress.
• Support traceability projects, system implementations and supplier engagement.
• Develop training and guidance to keep the business ahead of changes.
