Job summary

Fashion Heaven is seeking a Senior Coordinator for Packaging Compliance and ESG in Central London. The role focuses on packaging legislation, data analysis and reporting to support ESG initiatives.

You will work with internal teams and suppliers to ensure compliance and transparency across labels, swing tags, bags and boxes. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in packaging/ESG, strong data skills, and familiarity with PLM and sustainability tools.

Qualifications

• Assistant or Coordinator with 1–3 years in packaging/ESG
• Fashion/retail experience is a plus
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data
• Experience with PLM and sustainability tools (Cascale/Higg, Better Cotton, Textile Genesis)
• Strong Excel skills and data processing
• Good communication with suppliers and internal teams
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging compliance workstreams (PPWR, EPR, UK Plastic Packaging Tax)
• Coordinate with suppliers to collect evidence for packaging compliance
• Analyse and report packaging data for ESG compliance
• Promote traceable materials and best practices in packaging
• Support the rollout of a new traceability system
• Create internal communications and training on compliance and ESG
• Stay updated on industry initiatives affecting packaging legislation
• Collaborate with sustainability teams on verification and mapping
