Job summary

Reiss is seeking a Senior Packaging, Compliance & ESG Coordinator to support packaging compliance and ESG strategy. Reporting to the ESG Manager, you’ll own packaging data analysis, compliance requirements and key workstreams, collaborating with internal teams, suppliers and sustainability partners.

This role focuses on driving packaging compliance activities and developing data-driven insights to stay ahead of evolving legislation and industry expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in ESG, sustainability, packaging compliance or related field.
• Strong understanding of environmental legislation and compliance.
• Proficient in data analysis and Excel.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management.
• Clear communicator and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging compliance activities across PPWR, EPR and UK Plastic Tax to ensure requirements are understood and delivered.
• Own analysis and reporting of packaging data for compliance, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams for accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage supplier follow-up and evidence gathering across packaging legislation, driving actions to completion.
• Drive use of traceable, nominated and preferred packaging materials and advise teams on best practices.
• Support development of Reiss packaging strategy and centralise packaging data processes.
• Support fibre and certification capture using Segura, Vision and Origin to analyze verification results and report progress.
• Support traceability and transparency projects including new system implementation and supplier engagement.
• Develop internal communications, training and best-practice guidance to stay ahead of new legislation.
