Job summary

Amazon EU SARL (UK Branch) is seeking a Program Manager for the WW Grocery Stores Private Brands team, focused on programmatic packaging. The role demands leading packaging launches with regulatory compliance, omni-channel operations, and customer expectations in mind, partnering with PDM, Food Safety, and Sustainability.

Qualifications

Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
Experience defining program requirements using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience in program or project management.

Responsibilities

Independently manage packaging specification development and validation with vendors.
Oversee transit testing and troubleshooting for packaging performance and compliance.
Support briefing and sourcing of packaging aligned with guardrails with cross-functional stakeholders.
Address ad hoc launch queries to ensure timely execution.
Program manage initiatives supporting sustainability goals and compliance.
Lead end-to-end on-pack end-of-life labeling changeover (starting May 2026) with tech docs.
Maintain packaging data quality across systems.
Perform self-transit tests to gain early performance insights and identify risks.
