Full Time, Perm

The Role

• Research and present emerging packaging formats, materials, and sustainable technologies aligned with market trends.
• Translate creative briefs into viable, production-ready concepts that meet brand identity, functional performance, and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate packaging for functionality, manufacturability, and environmental impact.
• Drive sustainable initiatives such as recyclable materials, PCR, refillable systems, and mono-material solutions.
• Work closely with operations, engineering, and quality teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to spec.
• Maintain accurate packaging documentation and specifications.

The Person

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in packaging technology within an FMCG environment.
• Strong technical and creative skills with the ability to deliver practical, sustainable solutions.
• Experience working on-site in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
